If you visited the shop may have noticed a small jar on the counter left by my daughter to collect spare change for the Remus Memorial Horse sanctuary. I've now counted it up and was quite suprised that it collected £12.81, which was great ...seeing as it was just a small jar. I will round it up to £20 and take it up to them on my next visit. Remus had such a tough year in 2012 as due to the wet weather all but one of their open days got cancelled which is one of their main sorces of income to see them through the winter. Its a little early to think about next Christmas but Remus sell a fantastic Christmas pudding with the profits helping towards the charity. Its a plum pudding which is far lighter than the usual sort. Each year I get an order for about 20 of them form my colleagues in work. Have a look at the Remus website http://remussanctuary.org/

So life is slowly getting back to normal after thr Christmas break and despite the illnesses we all had a lovely time. Whilst its still fresh in everyones mind I was hoping to get feedback from customers and crafters alike. So if you came to visit the shop we'd love to hear what you thought, good or bad. What you would like to see more of (Or less of), ideas for next seaon, opening hours etc etc. We really do appreciate any feedback or comments and it all goes towards planning for next season. Thanks
